Serendipity Class isPopular at WoodlawnSenior Center

Nancy Lafferty leads the discussions at her “Ser-endipity” class that is regularly scheduled forTuesdays at the Woodlawn Senior Center.  Par-ticipants engage in open discussions often re-sulting in “finding personal value in unexpectedways and things”.  Classroom session includeexercises that enhance and encourage memorydevelopment.  The popularclass is just one of the waysMrs. Lafferty has entertainedseniors in the Woodlawn area.She was the activity leader forthe former “Eating Together”program at St. Luke’s churchwhich ended several years ago.Many of the participants of theserendipity class remember herentertaining talents. AlthoughNancy moved from the Wood-lawn area, she returns faithfullyto lead the class.
